Here's a statement from the Official Dragon Ball Z Website:

Dragonball Celebrates 200 Weeks in a row on the Lycos 100! Dragonball has consistently been in the top 10 of the list since the chart's existence. Thank you to you, the fans that continue to strive to learn more and more about Dragon Ball.
