10/29/2003 Archived Entry: "Host Transfer Complete"

OK, we're officially done with the server transfer and the DBZSC Forums have returned, along with the 2003 Music Video Awards page. We're missing minor details though (which will probably affect the media temporarily), but don't worry about that.

As always, if you find any problems please report them.
