well..thats just masking where u cut around the outter edges of the character...its easier to do it in sny vegas rather than photoshop although photoshop is good for doing it perfectly although its very time consuming

Hi 007 Vegita.. I would like to know how you make those text effects so 3D like.. and yet there are lighting and shadows and Zooming effect that synchronise with all those burst / bomb / zoom / slash / wink sound effects.

@Angelo- the program he uses is adobe premeire 6.0 i think or 6.5 you can get a free trail by heading over to www.adobe.com but thats only the latest version when 6.0-6.5 are the best. although the software costs around $500 or sumtjing. i think its more expenisve like $600...but we all know ways around that <.<

@BiN if u mean how he turned the volume down when a voice over occured thats jsut sumthing u can do with premeire, or if u mean getting rid of the background noises there are sum music editing programs to do that but i don't really know much bout that

@ Josh- he uses smart ripper to descrypte and then he uses dvd2mpeg or vudb with a avisynth i would think to get rid of sum extra noise and to bump up quality to teh max. he uses adobe premiere 6.0 to edit and after effects

@ NKY- the text effects are jsut things in adobe after effects i think but i would guess its complex since after effects is teh hard >.<; and other sound effects are found in dbz

@Gogeaton- timing is jsut a basic thing that can be easy or hard depending on the song. u just look at the song u ahve imported into ur editing program and just...look at the beats o_O. at first it mgiht seem hard but u will get used to it =P

@Angelo- he uses adobe premiere 6.0 and u can get a trial of only the latest versions (2.0 i think) at www.adobe.com to buy it costs around...$500-600 or sumthing dumb like that...but we all know ways around that .>

@josh (once again) he renders the finished project at 640x360 i think to get the wide screen effect

In the beginning of the Naruto video "Naruto Conflict (Former EGO) with the comic page flipping (i.e. the marvel intro to their movies) and the intro to "007 Vegita's Final conflict" where the picture is highlighted with a spotlight effect. Both of these intros I have been trying to recreate, but I keep finding exactly what I don't need. I'm not even sure I need a tutorial video so much as a clue about how you did the effect. Thanks and please keep the videos coming, they are absoutely awesome.

I'm trying your tutorial as i write but i can't seem to select the lower middle pink box that surrounds the marked text. right now i got the lower left corner selected but how do i change?.as the text don't become centred this is a problem that i can't solve. any help appricated.

oh, then if that is the case, you can press "A" on your keyboard when you've selected your text layer and that will bring up the properties for the Anchor point, from there you can make changes as you please. Thanks FireSpin ^_^.

Yeah as I mentioned in the video, it is a 3rd party plugin. that means it does not come free with AE.

I'm trying some stuff right now and i have a problem with an effect called shatter.im using glass instead of bricks. Here's what bugging me. How do i give the glass color cuz right now it's transparant and i want it black.

for 1st layer i have the comming text.
2nd layer is solid black until the text stops then it goes to layer 3 witch is the shattering glass and as layer 4 i have a picture of my choice.

I have tried to some things without success.

Again Help is appriciated.

Well you can make the solid that the effect is applied to...a different color...that way the glass has that color, other than that I have never attempted this so you'll have to wait a while for me to see what i can do .

Clone Vegeta, chances are he has just set his up differently. For example: moving menus around can make a program look like a completely different version. Also, he has a different skin than the default (a dark one) which could easily throw you off.

The serial number isn't bad itself. It's distributing the serial number to others that havn't bought the program that makes it illegal. I'll get him too, though OO7 (in the movies) always gets his job done :p
